Outcomes Framework

The Outcomes Framework aims to capture what we are trying to achieve for the people of Highland - based on what they have told us through consultation on the Joint Community Care Plan , for example.

The Outcomes Framework aims to make the links between what impact our services will have as a result of the inputs we make and what outputs we can expect from the processes we put in place. So often we focus on the services themselves and not the impact we are having or the outcome that the service is achieving.

This is a new way of looking at service delivery but one that keeps us focussed on the people at the centre of our planning and service delivery.
