Performance Management Framework
Within the Performance Management Framework you will explore how we intend to evidence the impact that plans and strategies in adult care are having on the people of Highland. A number of performance indicators are developed nationally and NHS Highland is required to report regularly on these. However there are a number of indicators that have more local roots and link directly into the Outcomes Framework.
This Performance Management Framework, developed through Planning for Integration, will be used to further inform commissioning, to scrutinise performance on behalf of the Council and the Health Board and to evidence improvements in outcomes.
Targets and trajectories will be set by the Strategic Commissioning Group to enable close monitoring and reporting. The framework makes the links between inputs, outputs and outcomes and the evidence that these are, or are not, being achieved.
